For multi-design orders, an additional charge of $5 will be applied per themed design if you desire different designs for each treat label. However, a flat fee for the whole order will be charged if you prefer to have all the treat labels set with the same theme design. Behold, a decree to heed for all who seek our mystical offerings! Know that once you have summoned our enchanted wares, cancellations are but a fleeting fancy, for we shall not entertain them after the first day of your order's making.
However, should the fates decree a shift in party plans, we shall honor thee with a credit to be used in future celebrations. Should we have already inked thy order and the winds of change require further revisions, another order must be wrought.
Know too, that while the colors of your design may sparkle and shine on your monitor, the shadows of reality may dim their radiance, for the light behind each screen weaves illusions that may not match the printed hue.
Once your order has been sent forth into the world, a messenger shall arrive, bearing tidings of its journey. Yet, even with our magical prowess, we cannot control the forces of the carrier, and thus, we shall not grant refunds for delays beyond our control. For example, should you select 2-day Air Shipping, and the winds of fate hinder its arrival within the allotted time, we shall not be held responsible.
And for those who prefer to bask in the glow of our mystical realm, pick-ups must be arranged at the time of your order's making, and any changes to such must be made with haste, so that we may weave the threads of your desires with the utmost care.

Hours of Enchantment: The magical doors to our realm are open from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, CT. We rest on weekends and holidays, rejuvenating our energies for future creations.
Ordering Incantations: When you seek our services, please provide us with the date of your event so that we may craft your order with care and ensure its timely delivery. We recommend placing your orders a month in advance, but if the event is within one to two weeks, we implore you to communicate with us before making an order to ensure that we can accommodate your request. *Please note, if you require a swift delivery, a Rush Fee shall be applied.
Custom Enchantments: We cherish the opportunity to bring your unique visions to life. Share with us your mystical themes, and we shall weave our magic to create a personalized enchantment. However, we craft our magic from scratch and do not use the work of other artists. We shall strive to get as close to your imagination as possible, adding our special detailed touch.
Adding Charms: Should you choose to add photos to your designs, we recommend providing a high-quality image to ensure a vivid and clear representation of your desired charm.
Spirits of Display: By entrusting us with your order, you grant us the privilege of displaying your enchanted designs on our website and all social media platforms, as a testament to our creative prowess.
Magical Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our creations and the time invested in crafting them, we do not offer any form of refunds. However, in the unlikely event of an error on our part, we shall attempt to make things right by offering a correction. Please note that there are no refunds on digital products.
In the rare instance that the designs sent to you are different from the preview that you approved, we shall send a replacement free of charge, or offer a refund if it is too late to send a replacement (meaning that it will not arrive on time). Similarly, if we fail to make changes to your design as promised and ship it without your approval, we shall offer to send a replacement free of charge or a refund if it is too late to send a replacement (meaning that it will not arrive on time).
